2 cups powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk


How to Make Caramel Cupcakes

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.

Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3
In another large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar together until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time and mix until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
